FFU is a self-powered air supply and filtration device, a modular terminal air supply device with filtering effect.The fan filter unit draws in air from the top and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean air is evenly delivered over the entire air outlet surface at a wind speed of about 0.45M/S±20%.It is a new type of unit modular clean equipment.
