The air shower room is the passage for personnel to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution caused by personnel entering and leaving the clean room. The double doors of the air shower room are electronically interlocked, which can also act as an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean room and reduce the pollution of the clean room caused by dust during personnel entering and leaving the clean room.
